Welcome to Odyssey Stories ("App"), an AI-powered interactive storytelling application published by Behçet Kutay Zeki ("Developer"), available on iOS and accessible via nexgenapps.xyz/odyssey ("Website").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") where applicable. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Odyssey Stories allows users to create and experience interactive stories using artificial intelligence tools. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Upload, submit, or generate content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, or infringing.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access source code.
Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the App or its servers.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Odyssey Stories may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (Odyssey Pro: $9.99/week, $19.99/month, or $159.99 yearly) and other in-app purchases processed via Apple's App Store.

Payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID account settings.
You are responsible for managing your subscription preferences.
Refunds must follow Apple's policies, not the Developer's.
Pricing and feature access may vary by region or promotion.

3. AI Story Generation

When you create stories with our AI tools:

Story prompts are used only for temporary AI generation and are not stored.
We do not claim ownership over your created stories.
You must have legal rights to any content you input.

4. Intellectual Property

All App content (e.g., UI, branding, designs, software) belongs to the Developer or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. External Services

The App may allow access to third-party APIs or services (e.g., OpenAI). You use these at your own risk.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or safety of third-party services. Usage may be subject to additional terms from those providers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may delete the App at any time to terminate your agreement.

7. Consent to Data Use

We may collect non-personally identifiable technical information (e.g., device type, iOS version) to improve app performance, analytics, and support. No personal stories or content are stored without consent.

8. NO WARRANTY

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
That AI-generated content will meet expectations
That content is suitable for your specific purposes

Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these disclaimers may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

The Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or use.
Total liability will not exceed fifty dollars ($50).

10. Export and Legal Compliance

You agree not to export or use the App in violation of applicable export control laws (e.g., U.S. embargoed countries or restricted entities). By using the App, you affirm you are not subject to such restrictions.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise specified by Apple. Disputes may be subject to local consumer protections and legal processes.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the new Terms.
