Terms of Use for Voxa AI Note Taker

Welcome to Voxa AI Note Taker ("App"), an AI-powered note-taking and study application published by Behçet Kutay Zeki ("Developer"), available on iOS and accessible via nexgenapps.xyz/voxa ("Website").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") where applicable. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Voxa AI allows users to record audio, transcribe speech, process YouTube videos, generate summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and utilize other AI study tools. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Upload, submit, or generate content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, infringing, or violates privacy rights.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access source code.
Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the App or its servers.
Misuse AI features, such as generating harmful or inappropriate content.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Voxa AI may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases processed via Apple's App Store.

Payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID account settings.
You are responsible for managing your subscription preferences.
Refunds must follow Apple's policies, not the Developer's.
Pricing and feature access may vary by region or promotion. We reserve the right to change subscription fees or features.

3. AI Processing and Content

When you use AI features (transcription, summarization, etc.):

Audio recordings, text inputs, or YouTube URLs are processed by AI models (potentially third-party) to provide the requested features.
We aim to minimize data retention. Processed data is typically used temporarily and not stored long-term, except as necessary for app functionality (e.g., storing your notes).
We do not claim ownership over your generated notes, summaries, or other content derived from your inputs.
You must have the legal rights to any audio you record or content you submit for processing. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy laws (e.g., consent for recording conversations).
Accuracy of AI output (transcriptions, summaries, quizzes) is not guaranteed. Use AI-generated content responsibly.

4. Intellectual Property

All App content (e.g., UI, branding, designs, software) belongs to the Developer or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. External Services

The App may utilize third-party APIs or services (e.g., speech-to-text providers, AI models like OpenAI). You use these components at your own risk.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or safety of third-party services. Usage may be subject to additional terms from those providers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may delete the App at any time to terminate your agreement.

7. Consent to Data Use

We may collect non-personally identifiable technical information (e.g., device type, iOS version, feature usage statistics) to improve app performance, analytics, and support. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.

8. NO WARRANTY

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
That AI-generated content will be accurate or meet expectations
That the App is suitable for your specific purposes
Compatibility with future OS updates or devices.

Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these disclaimers may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

The Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or use, arising from your use of the App.
Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App subscription in the preceding 12 months, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

10. Export and Legal Compliance

You agree not to export or use the App in violation of applicable export control laws (e.g., U.S. embargoed countries or restricted entities). By using the App, you affirm you are not subject to such restrictions.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise specified by Apple. Disputes may be subject to local consumer protections and legal processes.

12. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
